You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SurfboardTimeshare.com, or any SurfboardTimeshare.com owners or agents or assigns from all claims, damages, demands, costs, losses, expenses, actions and judgments, which are created by or may arise out the use of a surfboard. As a SurfboardTimeshare.com member, you agree to pay all claims brought by third parties resulting from the operation and/or use of a surfboard during any rental period, regardless of whether a rental fee was charged or not.
